Standards vary worldwide, but organic farming, in general, features practices that cycle resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity. Organizations regulating organic products usually restrict the use of artificial pesticides, man-made fertilizers, growth regulators as well as animal antibiotics and feed additives.  Generally, Organic Food is not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents, or synthetic food additives.
